Series(6)-Welding process
Welding Process
Welding: Also known as fusion or welding, is a manufacturing process and technique for joining metals
or other thermoplastic materials such as plastics by means of heating, high temperature or high pressure.
The purpose of bonding is achieved by welding in three ways:
Welding process can be classfied into two types
1,Welding with pressure, this including resistance welding and friction welding.
Resisntance but welding,flash welding,spot welding,seam welding,projection welding.
2,Fusion welding,indluding five types:Arc welding,Gas welding,Electron beam weresistance but weldinglding,Electro-slag welding,laser welding.
Arc welding has three format,Metal arc welding, Tungsten insert-gas(TIG) welding, Plasma arc welding.
Metal arc welding has the manual metal-arc welding/submerged-arc welding/Metal insert-gas(MIG)welding,Metal active-gas (MAG) welding.
